Patty Jones came on board full time to CRES Property Management in January 2005. By a stroke of luck we were able to get her to head up the leasing department. Patty had worked in customer service with R H Donnelley Yellow Pages / Yellow Book for nearly 20 years. Prior to the yellow pages, she learned the leasing business from the Hardesty Company. Patty has been invaluable to our company because she truly has a knack for acquiring great residents who take care of the property and pay their rent on time. Leasing is 1/3 of the business.
