Terry brings years of property management experience and a strong background in accounting to the Cres Properties team. After exploring new professional adventures over the past several years, she is excited to rejoin Cres and continue serving both property owners and residents with the same dedication and attention to detail she’s always been known for.

A proud graduate of Withrow High School (Class of 1987), Terry has built her career on organization, financial accuracy, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Her accounting background allows her to approach property management with a sharp eye for detail—ensuring properties are managed efficiently and owners feel confident in every aspect of their investment.

Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, playing bingo, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. She values family, community, and building lasting relationships—qualities that shine through in the way she cares for the properties and clients she works with.
